• Scaled from 5 tenants and 351 agencies one month post-launch to 22 tenants, 30,044 agencies and 75,748 producers • Now manages 576,897 NIPR license records and 29,504 appointments in one platform • Replaced manual Excel tracking with bulk actions and an inbox-style appointment tracker built for compliance teams • Built a conservative, table-first design system that scales with the data instead of fighting it

Overview
Designed Producerflow, a new compliance platform that helps U.S. insurance carriers track licenses and stay connected to NIPR.
Project brief
Over several months, I led the design efforts to create Producerflow from scratch. I defined the product’s structure, interface, and user experience alongside product, engineering, and insurance compliance experts. The main goal was to enable insurance carriers to automate license tracking and stay compliant by integrating with NIPR. The design process involved shaping core workflows, such as producer onboarding, license validation, and team management, with a strong focus on clarity and regulatory compliance.
